Joey Barton has named his 18-man matchday squad for Fleetwood Town’s Sky Bet League One fixture against Rochdale at Highbury.

Barton has made three changes to the team that drew 3-3 away at Southend, last Saturday.

Matt Gilks has dropped to the bench, with Alex Cairns returning in between the sticks. Whilst Harry Souttar is back in the starting eleven after featuring off the bench against Southend following the international break. The third and final change sees Ched Evans enter the frame, replacing Paddy Madden.

Wes Burns is set to make his 100th appearance in the league for the Cod Army today - the Welshman has contributed with 14 goals and 8 assists since joining the club.

Fleetwood are unbeaten at home so far this season, having won three of their four games at Highbury and will want to continue this form with another good result against the Dale.

Fleetwood XI: Cairns (GK), Coyle, Souttar, Dunne, Andrew, Rossiter, Coutts (C), Dempsey, Burns, Evans, Morris.

Subs: Gilks (GK), Clarke, Madden, Hunter, Biggins, Sheron, Mooney.
