Young Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Billy Crellin impressed for England Under 20s on Monday night in their international match against Czech Republic.
Crellin got the nod on Monday night to start between the sticks in their match at Peterborough United’s Weston Homes Stadium, where he impressed in the first half before being substituted for reserve goalkeeper, Thomas McGill.
The match saw Keith Downing’s side go into the break goalless, however the Czech’s class was shown after the interval with England suffering a 3-0 defeat on home soil.
Another proud night for the club. Well done Billy!
