Fleetwood Town’s young goalkeeper Billy Crellin started for England Under 20s on Tuesday night in their 3-0 win over Iceland at Adams Park.
Crellin featured in the starting eleven for Keith Downing’s side - who built on last week’s comfortable win over Portugal in Wycombe - with the 19-year-old certainly impressing throughout the game, pulling off important saves during the match.
The young goalkeeper managed 79 minutes between the sticks, before being replaced by West Ham United’s Joseph Anang with just over ten minutes to go.
Great night for Billy, and another proud one for everyone at Fleetwood Town. Well done Bill!
