Town set to host charity match in aid of Mikey Hart Foundation

Fleetwood Town are delighted to be supporting the Mikey Hart Foundation by holding a charity match on Saturday 18th May (7pm kick-off) at Highbury.

The club has donated the use of the stadium, staff, and facilities on the night free of charge as well as supporting both teams organising the game.

 

Here is some important information ahead of the Fleetwood Town Vets v Blackpool XI side for tomorrow night’s game.

 

Match Tickets/Admission

 

Over 500 advanced tickets have been sold for the game. Admission is available on the night from 4.30pm from the Memorial Turnstiles. Adults are £3 and accompanied children are free.

 

All seats for the game are unreserved seating in the Parkside Stand.

 

Food and Drink

 

Access to Jim’s Bar available pre-game to watch the FA Cup Final, which kicks off at 5pm. Kiosks will also be open during the game serving food and drink to spectators.

 

The Match

 

Mick Kerr will manage the Fleetwood Vets side - which includes many former players like Stuart Beech, Tony Clowes, Frank Cygal, Lee Impett and more.

 

Blackpool select side will be managed by Derek Spence and will be captained by Danny Coid. It will also feature the likes of Jamie Milligan, Andy Preece, and Bob Harris as well.

 

A Walking Football game will also take place at half time.

 

Post-Match

 

DJ, Raffle with some great prizes on offer including Fleetwood Town FC and Blackpool FC memorabilia - will follow after the game with a late bar until 1am in Jim’s Bar.
