Over 80 youth football teams will be heading down to Poolfoot Farm this weekend as the annual Fleetwood Town Summer Festival gets underway this weekend.
There will be a full schedule over the weekend as football events for under 8s and under 13s will take place on Saturday, and under 9s and under 14s will play their games on Sunday.
Mick Horsfall, Poolfoot Farm’s manager, said: “Post season is a fantastic time here at Poolfoot.
“It is our chance to invite teams, coaches, and parents to the facility to show them how good it is. We have continually built up festivals to a wonderful amount.
“The feedback we get is that they are the best they attend and that’s a great accolade and something I am very proud of the team for!
“The beauty of our events is that no matter who comes through the gates, be it a player, coach or supporter, they are all involved, and have a great time!”
Poolfoot will be packed out over the summer as over 500 teams are booked into a variety of events at the training complex, ranging from under 7s to walking football.
