Double sessions and an early trip to the gym were on the cards for the players on day two of the week-long training camp in Vilamoura.

The squad started the day bright and early as they all reported to the gym for a quick circuit session, and a few laps around the resort to get the blood moving before breakfast.

A weigh-in was next, as well as a morning training session which consisted of passing drills, movement drills. A special guest, former WBC cruiserweight titleholder Tony Bellew, then arrived at Browns Sports Resort to watch and meet the lads.

Lunch followed shortly after, with the players going back to their rooms to enjoy a couple of hours of rest before meeting up for light snacks at 4pm.

We spoke to Town's vice-captain Ashley Eastham and asked him about everything he has done so far on the training camp, and how he feels after the first full day. Read what he said here.

The squad then headed back out onto the grass for a tactical session in scorching heat here in Portugal, before finishing off the day with everyone enjoying a full dinner and retiring for the evening.
