Fleetwood Town will face off against Accrington Stanley, Oldham Athletic and one other invited team in this year’s EFL Trophy.
Joey Barton’s side have been drawn in Northern Group B and will find out who the fourth team in the group will be when the draw is broadcast live on Talksport at 12:30pm on Friday 12th July.
48 teams from League One and Two, and 16 Category One Academy Clubs, will be spread across 16 different groups.
