Fleetwood Town Community Trust have officially announced the four players to be their ambassadors for the 2019/20 season.

Alex Cairns, Ashley Eastham, Wes Burns and summer signing Josh Morris have been chosen as ambassadors for the upcoming season. Under 18s centre-half James Hill has been named as the Youth ambassador for the campaign.

Within their role, it will be to represent the club and promote the club’s themes and agendas to the wider community, whether that be on matchdays, on a Trust camp, or on their personal visits to a school.

The ambassadors for the club are as follows:

Ashley Eastham – Education Ambassador

Josh Morris – Health Ambassador

Alex Cairns – Sporting Ambassador

Wes Burns – Inclusion Ambassador

James Hill - Youth Ambassador

Jason Sharp, the Trust's Senior Sports Development Officer said: "We are delighted to have the five players on board for the new season. It is important for the players to work with the community when at this football club.

"The five chosen ambassadors will really help promote their areas through a variety of different ways; and alongside us, they will help children stay active, work hard in school and also help them become the best people they can be in whatever environment they are in."
