The Corporate Champions Cup gets underway at Poolfoot Farm later this month, featuring 6-a-side football teams from across the Fylde Coast.
After progressing through the qualifying rounds at the club’s training complex, the winners of the competition will be crowned ‘the Best in the Business’, lifting the trophy at Highbury on Friday 24th May 2019.
The event is open to all local businesses and teams can be composed of staff, customers or suppliers – male or female – so dust off your boots, select those squads and get ready to test your skills against fellow organisations.

There are four dates for the qualifying rounds, depending on your side’s availability and here are those dates:
• Saturday 26th January 2019
• Saturday 23rd February 2019
• Saturday 30th March 2019
• Saturday 27th April 2019
For each date, teams are asked to arrive at Poolfoot Farm at 5.30pm, with the tournament kicking off at 6pm.
The winning teams from the qualifying rounds will go through to a Finals Day, held at the club’s Highbury Stadium. Matches on the day will take place between 11am and 2pm, with playing being able to trot out on to the hallowed turf at Highbury.
The teams on the day will also get the chance to:
• Enjoy use of the first team dressing rooms and Parkside Suite
• Experience at least 60 minutes game time
• Be presented with awards in the players’ lounge after the games have finished
All the action will be filmed, so you can have a permanent memento of that sweet finish or stunning save.
