Team news: Bradford City (A)

9 February 2019

Joey Barton has named his 18-man Fleetwood Town squad for their Sky Bet League One fixture against Bradford City today at the Northern Commercials Stadium at Valley Parade.

Barton has made three changes from the side that started against Charlton in last Saturday’s victory. Jason Holt misses out as Jack Sowerby starts into the midfield trio, whilst Ashley Nadesan drops to the bench for Ash Hunter. Wes Burns is also replaced by Lewie Coyle, who returns from his suspension today.

Skipper Craig Morgan is back on the bench this afternoon after a short spell on the side due to injury. Ched Evans and Ash Hunter were on the scoresheet in the 2-1 win against the Bantams back in September, and will be hoping to make a similar impact today!

Alex Cairns makes his 100th EFL appearances at Valley Parade, with Paddy Madden ready to make his 50th football league appearance since joining the club back in January 2018.

Here is your Town squad for the match against Bradford:

Town XI: Cairns (GK), Husband, Eastham, Souttar, Coyle; Sowerby, R. Wallace, J. Wallace; Madden, Evans, Hunter.

Subs: Jones (GK), Taylor, Biggins, Sheron, Morgan, Nadesan, Garner.
