First team players and staff enjoyed a day in the community on Tuesday, as they visited the Wyre Disability Day Centre and Fleetwood Hall Care Home.

Players Danny Andrew, Kyle Dempsey, Harry Souttar, Harrison Biggins, Ashley Eastham and first-team coach Clint Hill joined the Community Trust on a packed day in Fleetwood.

The first visit was at Wyre Disability Day Centre, where first-team players and staff interacted with the adults and children, as well as looking around the facilities there, including a sensory room.

Everyone took part in what in the day-to-day activities and played games with the people there. They also handed out a donation of £150, which was put together by the players and staff.

Fleetwood Hall Care Home, which is just down the road from Highbury Stadium, was where the second visit took place. Much like the first visit, the players and staff visited the two different units at the care home.

They also went into the dementia care centre, and dropped off presents which included board games and puzzles to keep the elderly busy over the Christmas period.

Everyone at Fleetwood Town would like to wish everyone at both the Wyre Disability Day Centre and Fleetwood Hall Care Home a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
