Fleetwood Town head coach Joey Barton has named his 18-man squad for Saturday's Sky Bet League One fixture with Gillingham at Highbury Stadium.

Barton has made two changes to the starting eleven who started last week against Blackpool in the Fylde Coast derby. Ched Evans and Peter Clarke coming into the team, with Paul Coutts and Ashley Eastham making their way to the bench.

Lewie Coyle and Danny Andrew occupy the full-back positions, with Harry Souttar partnering up with Clarke at the heart of the Town back line. Billy Crellin keeps his place between the sticks.

With Coutts out of the side, it looks like Josh Morris will play in the middle of the park in a more attacking role, with Kyle Dempsey and Jack Sowerby being in the engine room for the Cod Army.

Harvey Saunders is called up to the matchday squad after impressing in the Development Squads match against Blackpool on Tuesday at Poolfoot Farm, where the former Darlington man scored two goals in the second half.

Town's XI: Crellin (GK), Coyle, Souttar, Clarke, Andrew, Sowerby, Dempsey, Morris, Burns, Madden, Evans (C).

The Bench: Cairns (GK), Eastham, McAleny, Coutts, Biggins, Saunders, Garner.
