The draw for the last 16 of the Leasing.com Trophy will be made on Thursday night, live on Sky Sports News.
The Cod Army safely progressed through the previous round with an emphatic 4-0 victory over Everton U21s at Goodison Park, and are one of nine teams left in the Northern Section of the draw.
Joey Barton’s side are ball number 5, with the draw taking place at 7:15pm.
Northern Section:
1 – Port Vale
2 – Accrington Stanley/Bolton Wanderers (tie to be played on Tuesday 10 December)
3 – Leicester City U21s
4 – Salford City
5 – Fleetwood Town
6 – Manchester City U21s*
7 – Scunthorpe United
8 – Tranmere Rovers
*If Manchester City U21s are drawn at home, their tie will be reversed.
Southern Section:
