Fleetwood Town is hosting a special football tournament this Christmas for footballers between 7-12 years old on the Fylde Coast.
Young footballers are invited to the Cod Army’s training complex – Poolfoot Farm – to take part in a Christmas football festival, which will take place Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 December 2019.
FA mini-football rules will be applied by officials on the two day tournament, and squads will consist of unlimited numbers of players. Players must be in their respective age bands from the current season.
Under 7s and 8s will play 5-a-side
Under 9s and 10s will play 7-a-side
Under 11s and 12s will play 9-a-side
All age groups will played on the 4G pitches at Poolfoot Farm, with matches taking place on a regular basis to ensure every player gets their fair share of time on the pitch.
