Fleetwood Town are pleased to announce that experienced midfielder Ross Wallace has signed a short-term contract with the club.
Wallace, 34, made 36 appearances in Sky Bet League One last season for the Cod Army, scoring one goal, against local rivals Blackpool in November 2018.
The former Sheffield Wednesday and Burnley had been training with Joey Barton’s side over the summer, and recently impressed in last Tuesday’s Development Squad friendly, scoring Fleetwood’s goal in a 1-1 draw.
Wallace is available for Saturday’s Sky Bet League One match with AFC Wimbledon, and will once again wear the number 23 shirt.
