Fleetwood Town can confirm that young goalkeeper Billy Crellin has joined National League side Chorley on loan until 3 November 2019.
The Fleetwood-born keeper has represented England at Under 17 and Under 18 level, and gained experience on loan in the National League last season at FC United of Manchester.
Crellin has been named on the bench for Joey Barton’s side in their opening two Sky Bet League One matches, and more recently on Tuesday night at Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup.
The 19-year-old will join up with Jamie Vermiglio’s side immediately, and is available for their match at Maidenhead United on Saturday.
