An opportunity has arisen to be the new Employability Coach at Fleetwood Town Community Trust.

Fleetwood Town Community Trust is an independent and registered charity working in partnership with Fleetwood Town Football Club. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals through sport, physical activity, health and educational programmes.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to co-ordinate and deliver a varied programme of  employability, training  and health and well-being  for unemployed Wyre residents aged 16 – 65 who are facing multiple barriers to active participation.

With a good general level of education, you should be computer literate with excellent administration and communication skills. A good knowledge and understanding in the principles and practices of community engagement is essential for the post.
