Fleetwood Town face Bury on Tuesday evening in the final game of the Checkatrade Trophy Northern Group B, with the kick-off at 7:45 pm.
Joey Barton has made nine changes to the side that beat Alfreton Town 4-1 in the FA Cup first round last weekend, with only Nathan Sheron and Can Bolger retaining their places.
Gethin Jones and Eddie Clarke join them in a back four as Kyle Dempsey, Ryan Taylor, Harrison Biggins and James Wallace are introduced in midfield. Up front the boss has gone with a partnership of Chris Long and Gerard Garner.
Conor McAleny has been included on the bench, the first time since September he has been available for selection following a hamstring injury.
