Ashley Eastham took away the Player of the Year award on Saturday at the Fans’ Awards Evening at Highbury Stadium.

Eastham won the top prize after a series of consistent performances at the heart of Town’s defence, with the trophy presented by chairman Andy Pilley.

The defender said: “I was extremely honoured to win the award.

“I’m very thankful to the supporters for their votes, and hopefully I can build on that and come back stronger next season.”

Lewie Coyle picked up two awards, the Players’ Player of the Year, as well as the Junior Cod Army Player of the Year – an award voted for by the fans.

Bobby Grant won Community Player of the Year, Ash Hunter the Young Player of the Year, with Conor McAleny winning Goal of the Season for his wonder strike against Oxford United.

Ron Hughes won the Granada Fish Bar Fan of the Year, with club employee Angela Hargreaves winning the Ted Lowery Clubman of the Year.
