Fleetwood Town will find out their first opponents of the new season on Friday, when they enter the Carabao Cup first round.
Town will feature in this season's new-look competition, with teams drawn into Northern and Southern sections, with no seeding for higher ranked teams. Joey Barton’s side will be ball number 13 in the Northern section.
The draw for Round One will take place in Vietnam's largest city, Ho Chi Minh City on Friday 15 June at 10.45am UK time.
The Cod Army took on Carlisle United at Highbury last season, and the two teams could meet again this time around when the draw takes place.
The first round of matches are scheduled to take place on the week commencing August 15th.
