Fleetwood Town can confirm Lewie Coyle has re-joined the club on loan from Leeds United.
The Defender, a huge success during his first spell at the club picking up Player’s Player of the year, returns to Highbury after agreeing a six-month loan deal with the club.
The 22-year-old full-back was a key figure for the Cod Army last season, making 48 appearances which saw him high on Head Coach Joey Barton’s wish-list this summer.
And speaking after sealing the move, Coyle said: “I’m looking forward to getting started and seeing what is ahead.
“The new Head Coach was a massive influence in my move and it just made sense with me coming back.
“I hope it’s a different kind of season, but I know if we knuckle down, we will be at the right of the table.”
