Joey Barton has named his Fleetwood side ahead of the friendly against Salford City at The Peninsula Stadium this evening.
Barton has included new signings Lewie Coyle, Eddie Clarke, Jason Holt and Craig Morgan in his starting line-up, whilst Tommy Spurr makes the bench.
The match against Salford will also see Town come up against some familiar faces as the home side have named Fleetwood legend Nathan Pond who made 498 appearances for the Cod Army spanning 15 seasons across seven divisions of English Football.
He made the move to Salford earlier this summer and pairs up with ex-Town goalkeeper Chris Neal and now Salford City manager Graham Alexander, who managed The Cod Army between 2012 and 2015.
