Dean Whitestone has been announced as the referee for Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture against Wigan Athletic.
The Englishman has been in charge of 36 games so far this season, with 17 of them being League one ties. Whitestone has handed out 91 yellow cards, and three reds in that time.
The last time he officiated a Fleetwood game was back in December, when Town walked away from Gigg Lane with all three points after beating Bury 2-0 on the day.
His last meeting with this weekend’s visitors was last month, where he oversaw a thrilling 3-3 draw against Scunthorpe United.
He will be assisted Craig Taylor and Paul Newhouse, with Tom Nield acting as the fourth official.
