A number of Fleetwood Town players were in action for their respective loan clubs last weekend, and here is how they got on…

Ashley Nadesan was part of Carlisle United’s starting XI in their 1-1 draw against recently promoted side Luton Town in League Two. Despite being subbed off in the 72nd minute, Nadesan made an impact on the game as he played Richard Bennett through for the penalty, which earned them their goal.

Alex Reid played a part in Solihull Moors’ 1-1 draw against AFC Fylde at Mill Farm. The National League side went ahead through Omari Sterling-Thomas, with Reid coming off the bench in the 61st minute, as the side extend their unbeaten run to nine games.

Midfielder Victor Nirennold had a week that he won’t want to remember as although he managed to play the full 90 minutes in Guiseley’s 2-1 loss to Nethermoor Park, the result confirmed the sides relegation from National League.

Michael Donohue, who is on loan at Tamworth, came up against Matt Urwin (Chorley) over the weekend and managed to get an assist in a seven-goal thriller at The Lamb Ground. Donohue made an impact late on as his floated cross seconds from full-time led to his sides final goal.

Luke Higham played full 90 minutes for FC United of Manchester in their 1-0 loss to Alfreton Town in National League North. Ged Garner was unavailable for the match after suffering a facial injury in Fleetwood’s Lancashire FA Senior Cup final just over a week ago.

Ricardo Kip was on the score sheet in SC Cambuur's 4-1 win over Helmond Sport at Cambuurstadion. The midfielder was subbed on in the 80th minute as the side extend their win streak to five in Eerste Divisie.

Both Dan Mooney & Lewis Baines played all 90 minutes in Ashton United’s Evo-Stik Premier Division win over Nantwich Town. Baines wasn’t involved in much action throughout the match, but Mooney almost found himself on the score sheet. After good work with Liam Tomsett, Mooney tried to lob Nantwich keeper Myles Boney but it came back off the inside of the post – the 20th time the side have been denied by the woodwork this season.

Harrison Holgate played the full match in Stalybridge’s fixture against Coalville Town and thought he had put his side ahead as he cut inside from the right, fired low but his effort was saved by keeper Elliott Taylor.

Mamadou Djabi was unable to feature for Lancaster City in a goalless draw against Stourbridge on Saturday as he is side-lined with an injury.
