Fleetwood Town's Development Squad return to action on Tuesday 19th September (1pm k/o) as they travel to face Wigan Athletic in Central League Cup.
Paul Murray’s side will face the Latics in their first game since valiantly losing to Liverpool in the Lancashire FA Senior Cup Final earlier in the month.
Town are placed in Group A of the Central League Cup (North) with Wigan, Carlisle United and Morecambe.
Young striker Ashley Nadesan - who featured for the first team against AFC Wimbledon this season - could start, alongside Michael Donohue in attack.
