Location: Crossbar & Grill, Poolfoot Farm

Hours:45 hours per week. 5 days over 7. Evenings and weekend required

Salary:To be discussed at interview and will be dependent on skills and experience

Fleetwood Town FC are looking for a professional restaurant manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience at our restaurant Crossbar & Grill.

 

Our new and exciting sports bar and restaurant offers a modern Americana style menu, continental beers and a great selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks.

The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

 

Roles & responsibilities:

        ·recruiting, training and supervising staff including staff rotas

        ·ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

        ·overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies

        ·handling customer enquiries and complaints

        ·taking reservations

        ·problem solving

        ·preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports and keeping statistical and financial records

        ·assessing and improving profitability through setting targets, promoting and marketing the business

        ·handling administration and paperwork

        ·liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives

        ·Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Criteria:

        ·Proven food and beverage management experience is essential

        ·Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, EPOS)

        ·Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

        ·Communication and leadership skills

        ·Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

        ·Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

        ·Guest-oriented and service-minded

        ·Personal License is Essential for this role
