Academy Secretary
Reports to:Academy Manager

Contract:Permanent (Full Time) Flexibility required to work some weekends
Role Summary
Responsible for all football administration matters of a forward thinking Category 3 Academy.
Main areas of responsibility
Responsible for all Academy player registrations from U9 to U18 Level.
Arrange and coordinate Academy fixtures from U9 to U18 Level including dealing with opposition clubs, league, match officials and arranging transportation/ accommodation if required.
Prepare all Academy player contracts and registration documents and deal with training compensation matters.
Assisting the Football Secretary with registrations and fixtures relating to the First Team and Development Squad as required.
Coordinate and maintain full records of Academy player disciplinary matters and records.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and upkeep of Club records in line with specified requirements
Work with the Academy Manager to ensure EPPP compliance to include administration of the EPPP audit process.
Administration of application process for coaching and medical qualifications and CPD academy staff.
Undertake the role of super user for the Performance Management System (PMA) and feedback to the relevant staff member of any issues.
Record and log all minutes from Academy meetings as required.
Maintain the Academy Player filing system and ensuring that records are up-to-date.
Liaise with other Academies and the FA/ League regarding scouts attending matches.
Maintain all Academy office supplies, stationery and equipment.
Assist the Academy Manager on the production of player progress reports.
Provide general administrative support to other Academy staff members.
Attend EFL, Premier League and/ or The FA meetings as and when required.
