Fleetwood Town will start the 2017/18 season at home to relegated side Rotherham United after the fixtures were released this morning.
Uwe Rosler's side will host the Millers at Highbury on Saturday 5th August, before facing Northampton Town a week later in our first away match of the season.
September sees a busy scedule of seven games, including a trip to Ewood Park at the start of the month to face former Premier League winners Blackburn Rovers.
The Fylde-coast derby returns to Sky Bet League One this season, with the Cod Army hosting Blackpool on Saturday 25th November. The return fixture at Bloomfield Road will be played on Saturday 14th April.
Chairman, Andy Pilley, added: "Fixture release day is always an exciting time for our fans and for everyone at the club. Everyone can start planning where they will be for the next nine months, starting at home to Rotherham United on Saturday 5th August.
"It's good to see the return of the Fylde-coast derby and we look forward to welcoming Blackpool in late November. We know both games against our near rivals will be exciting ones."
