Two midfielders leave Fleetwood Town on final day of January window
Fleetwood Town can confirm that young duo Nick Haughton and Thomas Grant have left the club on Deadline Day.
Attacking midfielder Haughton has joined National League North side Salford City on loan until the end of the season.
The 22 year-old has not played for Uwe Rosler’s first team this season, and was loaned to Salford earlier in the season where he impressed and scored one goal against Worcester in November.
Elsewhere, Grant – who joined the club from Falkirk in March last year – made three appearances for Town’s first team last season, but has not featured in the first team this season.
Grant has appeared for Paul Murray’s Development Squad this season and will now leave the club permanently to further his footballing career.
