Fleetwood Town have invited local junior football teams to attend our opening game this weekend against Rotherham United with some free team tickets – the offer dubbed ‘club takeover day’. Already over 25 local junior teams have claimed their team tickets!
Pre-match activities are being organised by the Community Trust and Fleetwood Town Juniors from 1pm until kick off, with some fantastic prizes to be won on the day! Football skills challenges including speed shot, penalty shoot-out with Captain Cod as well as the FIFA challenge, sponsored by GAME, in the new game zone at the stadium are also planned on the day.
Team tickets are for junior football and local sports clubs.
Steve Metcalf, Ticket Office Manager, added: “This is a fantastic offer for local junior clubs for our opening home game at Highbury against Rotherham United.
