Take part in the EFL Equality Code of Practice Survey

1 August 2017

Sponsored by

During the course of last season Fleetwood Town Football Club proudly worked towards achieving the EFL’s Code of Practice.

The Equality Code of Practice is a whole club initiative developed in consultation between the EFL, clubs and many other external organisations (such as Kick It Out and Level Playing Field) and forms part of EFL’s commitment, to the whole game English Football Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Action Plan, which is reported back to Government.

As part of this work, collecting and monitoring key equality data about fans is essential in allowing the Club to understand more about our fan base and to ensure that the services provided by us are appropriate and relevant.

We therefore ask fans to complete this quick survey to enable us to gain a better understanding of our fans base and how we can tackle under-representation to ensure all our local communities get involved in football.

You can complete the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SYK9NDL
