Currently in his fourth year at the Cod Army, David Ball made 41 appearances for Posh before heading north. He won the League One Play-Off Final with Peterborough, beating Huddersfield Town 3-0 at Old Trafford. He’s also featured in the Football League for Swindon Town and Rochdale.
Current Grimsby Town defender Danny Andrew signed for the club from Fleetwood in the summer transfer window. The left back made 16 appearances for the Cod Army, but started his career at Peterborough, as a youth player before signing a professional contract. After his spell at Peterborough he played for a number of non-league and Football League clubs before joining Fleetwood.
