A nest of fresh cantaloupe and honey dew melon with a champagne infused strawberry salsa and raspberry coulis

Chef’s own chicken liver pâté accompanied by crusty tiger bread and red onion compôte

Prawn and smoked salmon platter

Smoked salmon, fresh prawns and cray sh bound in a dill crème fraîche and served with Melba toast and rocket salad

Christmas turkey dinner

Roast turkey served with duck fat roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding, carrots, swede mash, honey roast parsnips, sprouts and stuffing, all served with a rich gravy

Roast beef

Silverside roast beef served with duck fat roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding, carrots, swede mash, honey roast parsnips, sprouts and stuffing, served with a red wine jus

Salmon

Baked salmon served with a white wine and dill sauce all served on a Jersey crushed potato with seasonal greens

Chargrilled vegetable tower

Chargilled courgette and mushroom tower lled with mozzarella cheese and served with a Napoleon red pepper coulis (V)

Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
