The Club will be supporting the campaign at Saturday's game

Amari’i Bell, Eggert Jonsson, Vamara Sanogo and Victor Nirennold were all present at Sacred Heart Primary school this afternoon to promote the Kick It Out campaign.

This weekend’s home fixture against Barnsley is the Club’s designated Kick It Out day, and the players urged the school children to come along to Highbury.

They also took a number of questions about their careers from a large audience, and signed autographs and posed for photos at the end.

Sacred Heart Headteacher Paul Eaton said: “I’d like to thank the players for coming to the school today and giving of their free time to talk to the children.

“They certainly found it very inspiring meeting local stars and I was impressed with the way the lads presented themselves.

“The message came across loud and clear and it’s certainly the case with our school. Football is a global game and participation for all is key.”

Defender Bell added: “It’s always nice to come to local schools and speak to the kids because you can see how much it means to them.

“To be able to speak to them about the Kick It Out was great as it made them a little bit more aware of what it actually is.

“There were a lot of kids here but the more the merrier and it was nice to be able to bring some joy to them by coming today.”
