Holloway set to make his first appearance for the Club

Aaron Amadi-Holloway is set for his first appearance for Fleetwood Town in tonight’s friendly against Wigan.

The summer signing starts among the substitutes after shaking off an injury as caretaker boss Barry Nicholson choses a strong looking side for the Cod Army’s final pre-season game, with Town have naming their full senior squad with the big kick-off just a week away.

It means Chris Neal starts in goal behind a back four of Conor McLaughlin, Nathan Pond, Ash Eastham and Michael Duckworth.

Ricardo Kip makes his first Highbury start on the left-wing, while Ash Hunter again starts up front just three days after firing two goals against Southport.

Slight knocks see Amari’i Bell and Jimmy Ryan miss-out.

Town: Neal, McLaughlin, Duckworth, Pond, Eastham, B Grant, Kip, Jonsson, Trialist, Hunter, Ball.

Subs: Cairns, Davis, Bolger, Amadi-Holloway, Haughton, Cole, Sowerby, Deacon.
