Match officials confirmed for second leg tie
Eddie Ilderton will be the referee in charge of Thursday night’s JPT Northern Area Final second leg tie against Barnsley.Ilderton, from Tyne and Wear, has taken charge of 18 matches so far this season, dishing out 39 yellows and two reds.
His last red card actually came in his last match, sending off Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Ben Amos in the Trotters 3-0 loss at Nottingham Forest in the Championship.
Ilderton officiated Fleetwood Town’s 3-0 defeat at Sheffield United in October. The last time he refereed a Barnsley match was in August 2015, a 0-0 draw against Bradford City at Oakwell.
Matthew Dicicco and Gary Hilton are the assistant referees whilst the fourth official is Mark Brown.
