Head Coach sees Town pick up comfortable win over Oxford

Manager Uwe Rosler was happy with his team’s performance tonight after his side were able to gain their first win under his management.
Rosler believes that the side still has a few problems but scoring is definitely not one of them.
“I think we have got the rewards,” said Rosler.
“In every game so far, we have scored two goals in every game, apart from the first game, so we are scoring goals on the regular which is a big plus.
“We know we have to work on a few issues but it was a tactical game and Oxford were asking questions from us, especially in the midfield, and I think we addressed that in the second half.
“I’ve always believes that football is a squad game and I think the three substitutes today raised the level and I am very happy with the whole squad.”
And the manager is happy with his options upfront as he believes that his side has five attackers with different capabilities.
“I am happy with my five strikers,” said the manager.
“I am excited with the fact that we have pace upfront and players who can move well and interchange positions.
“I am devastated for Devante as he had a few good chances and I needed to speak to him on the bench because he was down but in the end of the day he made the first goal.
“Ball is tremendous in his approach and I am very happy for the lads.”
Even though Fleetwood have attacked more than defended this season, Rosler was happy with his sides capabilities tonight.
“I am very happy about that and of course, defending is one of the areas we have to work on,” said Rosler.
“It is very difficult to be good at both attacking and defending but sometimes you have to sacrifice one area.
“For me, seeing the strike options we have, for me it is number one to outscore the opposition.”
