Ball, Pond, Cairns and Jonsson to take up ambassador roles

David Ball, Alex Cairns, Eggert Jonsson and Nathan Pond have been chosen as Fleetwood Town's community ambassadors.

The role of ambassador is to represent the Club and promote the Club’s themes and CSR agenda to the wider community.

It entails to agreeing to the use of their name, profile and image as well as three or four personal visits in a season.

The visits will reinforce the messages the Club and Community Trust wish to portray within the particular theme.

The ambassadors for the Club are as follows:

Eggert Jonsson – Education Ambassador
Alex Cairns – Health Ambassador
David Ball – Sports Participation Ambassador
Nathan Pond – Social Inclusion Ambassador

David Ball said: "It is important for the players to work with the Club in the community and engage with people both young and old.

"We want to inspire the next generation who could one day represent the Club too."
