He has yet to officiate a Fleetwood Town fixture

Lee Swabey will take charge of a Fleetwood Town encounter for the first time when they travel to Southend United on Saturday afternoon.

The Devon based official was promoted to the Football League officials list at the start of the season, having refereed in the Conference for a number of seasons.

Swabey’s last fixture was Sheffield United’s 2-0 home win against Walsall on Saturday 2nd April, in a game where he issued three yellow cards.

He has officiated 27 games in all competitions so far this campaign, and has shown a total of 88 yellow cards and ten reds.

Assisting him at Roots Hall will be Craig Hicks and Nigel Lugg, while Adam Crysell has been named as the fourth official.
