Goalkeeper Brendan Moore showed his support to the Club’s NCS programme by attending a presentation evening at Highbury Stadium

The NCS team at Fleetwood Town have been on their adventures the last few weeks visiting places such as Lockerbie Lodge in Scotland.

Following the visits, the NCS team hold presentation evenings to show the students have graduated that particular part of the course.

Joseph Newson, NSC Coordinator said: “We have had a very successful year with the amount of people that have enrolled.

“Not only were the residential trips a huge success but the social action project was a triumph as our group planned and delivered a fantastic community led project.

“Our young people raised money for the charity street life by doing a sponsored camp by sleeping out rough at Fuse Football.

“They raised a staggering £1,112 and we would like to thank everyone who sponsored the event including players and first team staff.”

Goalkeeper Moore, who attended the presentation evening said: “It is good to see the students take time out of their school holidays and help in the community. It was great to go on my first player visit at Fleetwood Town and hopefully many more to come.”
