Centre half has extended his loan deal until January
Dionatan Teixeira is hoping to play as many games as possible for Town after extending his loan deal with the Club this afternoon.The Stoke City centre half put pen to paper on a three month extension at Highbury, which will see him at the Club until 2nd January 2016.
Teixeira has started six games for the Cod Army since joining at the start of October, and will look to keep his place in the side over the coming weeks.
Speaking to the Club website after extending his deal, he said: “It’s good for me because every player needs to play. It’s fantastic for myself.
“Everything has been okay so far because the players have all helped me fit in.
“We picked up a good three points at Barnsley on Saturday, and it’s important we try and improve every game.
“We now need to win the next game at home as it’s important for us.
“I need to play regularly as I want to help the team pick up three points each week.”
