Cod Army are 23/10 to pick up three points

Fleetwood Town will renew their rivalry with Burton Albion this weekend as the Cod Army look to climb the League One table.

The two sides haven’t faced one another since that historic day at Wembley last year when Fleetwood beat the Brewers in the League Two Play-Off final to secure promotion to the third tier.

Heading into this weekend’s match, Fleetwood are priced at 23/10 to win the game and in turn Steven Pressley’s first as manager. The draw is at 12/15 whilst Burton are at 23/10.

Albion head to the Fylde Coast and like Fleetwood are looking for a response after losing last weekend at Walsall.

Turning the clock back to the famous day under the arch, Antoni Sarcevic hit the winner as Town beat Burton 1-0. Can history repeat itself?

Sky Bet have Sarcevic priced at 9/1 to score the first goal of the match and 3/1 to score inside the 90 minutes.

Bobby Grant, who has been in excellent goal scoring form as of late is priced at 10/1 to score the first goal or 7/2 to score at any time.

An outside bet is Richard Wood, who has shown is attacking threat so far from set pieces. Richard is 40/1 to score either the first or last goal and 12/1 to score at any time.

For a Fleetwood Town 1-0 victory, Sky Bet are offering odds of 17/2.
