Fleetwood Town will be hosting the Carlsberg Cup on Friday 22nd May.The six a side tournament, which has been a huge success for the last two years, gives you the opportunity to be a professional footballer for the day and play on the hallowed turf at Highbury.
Head of Commercial Martin Booker said: “There are a handful of places still available for teams looking to compete in this year’s event.
“We had great success hosting the Carlsberg Cup in 2013 and 2014, and we anticipate this year’s will be the best yet!”
Each team will play a minimum of three matches. Each extensive package includes the following…
• Squad of up to nine players
• Tea and coffee on arrival, with energy drinks and water throughout the day
• Free Wi-Fi
• Team photo taken on the pitch
• Company listing in the event programme
• Logo on stadium screen and stadium TVs
• Opportunity for players to win various awards – Golden Boot, Golden Glove, Player of the tournament. Carlsberg Cup and medals for the winners. Prize for each player from Carlsberg to the winners and runners up medals too
• Inclusion in event coverage within club media, as well as local mainstream and business press
• Post tournament ‘hot buffet’ and Carlsberg drinks vouchers to take advantage of once your team has completed their fixtures (Drinks vouchers can be used for Carlsberg, Tetley or selected soft drinks and only valid on this day)
The event kicks off at 10.30am and the cost is just £199 plus VAT, per team.
