Sky Bet auction signed Fleetwood Town shirt and medal

Getting bidding for a piece of FTFC history...

Sky Bet, title sponsor of the Football League, has today launched a truly special week-long auction featuring 10 pieces of limited-edition memorabilia.

After another thrilling Football League season, Sky Bet are updating their ‘Winner’s Wall’ at their Leeds Headquarters, meaning that until June 24, Fleetwood Town fans can bid to get their hands on a signed team shirt which has been framed alongside a Sky Bet League 2 Play-Off winners medal and photograph of the team’s victory celebrations.

This once in a lifetime items give Fleetwood fans a chance to take home a piece of their club’s history, while helping in the fight against Rett Syndrome.

All money raised will be put towards research to help beat the syndrome, which impacts thousands of people in the UK alone.

Rett Syndrome is a neurological disorder that predominately strikes little girls around the time of their first birthday affecting nearly every aspect of their lives; taking away their ability to walk, talk and use their hands.

Fleetwood manager Graham Alexander said: “This is a fantastic cause and it’s great that we can play our part and help out.

“The framed shirt and medal is an incredible part of our club’s history and so I’m urging all Fleetwood fans to get bidding and show what our football family can do to help raise an amazing amount for charity.”
