Club is developing a strong relationship with Rossall School

Some 40 international students from Rossall International Summer School attended Highbury Stadium last Tuesday and Friday night for Town’s pre-season fixtures against Burnley and Getafe respectively.

The students received free merchandise as the Club look to continue their growing partnership with the school.

Fleetwood Town and Rossall School are developing a strong relationship, and Tuesday’s game was a fantastic experience as students from all over the world enjoyed the Highbury atmosphere.

Rossall School is a British, fee paying co-educational, independent school, located between Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

Director of the Community Trust Matt Hilton said: “It was great to see so many international students with us at Highbury on Tuesday evening.

“The result wasn't what they’d hoped to see but they all had a brilliant time nonetheless, as the partnership between the two organisations continues to go from strength to strength.”

The students will also be attending the Cod Army’s first game of the new 2015/16 Sky Bet League One season on Saturday as they take on Southend United.
