Referee decided for Tuesday...

Referee Mark Heywood will take charge of the penultimate League One match of the season at Highbury on Tuesday night.

Mr Heywood, from West Yorkshire, was the man who took charge of Fleetwood’s first ever League One victory away from home, as the Cod Army sealed a 1-0 victory at Notts County in August 2014.

His last match was Preston North End’s 3-0 triumph at Bradford City on Easter Monday.

Heywood, who has been officiating since the 2011/12 season, has handed out 85 yellows and five reds this season. One of those yellows was brandished to Jamie Proctor in the win at Meadow Lane.

His last visit to Fleetwood’s Highbury Stadium was in October 2013 as Scunthorpe United ran out 1-0 winners courtesy of a 59th minute strike from Sam Winnall.

He will be assisted by Richard Bartlett and Nicholas Gibbons. Paul Hodskinson is the fourth official.
