Morris in the run in for Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month award
Fleetwood Town's on loan midfielder Josh Morris has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month for April.
The 22-year-old midfielder joined the Cod Army on loan from Blackburn Rovers earlier this season, and scored two match winning goals against Cheltenham Town and Wycombe Wanderers during the Easter period.
Morris will come up against Danny Hollands from Portsmouth, Pablo Mills from Bury and Nick Pope from York City. The winner will be announced on Friday 2nd May 2014.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ Football League expert Don Goodman; Football League Head of Communications John Nagle; League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet Head of Football Paul Wiggins
Sky Bet is the title sponsor of The Football League. The sponsorship includes a revenue share deal with all 72 member clubs.
The revenue share generates money, paid to every club, based on the revenue generated by their fans that sign up and bet with Sky Bet.
