Town are at the thrird round stage for the first time
Fleetwood Town’s youth team head to Wearside on Tuesday 16th December to contest an FA Youth Cup third round tie at Sunderland.The game against the young Black Cats will be played at Eppleton Colliery Welfare with a 7pm kick-off. Admission will be £3.00 for adults and a £1.00 for concessions.
The Cod Army youngsters reached the third round of the competition for the first time following a 3-1 victory over their Sheffield United counterparts at Highbury in early November.
Goals from Shane Glean, Louis Myers and Jordan Hancox cancelled out a Domini Calvert-Lewin for the Blades, which saw Town progress.
