Watch the Cod Army this summer in Austria
In July the Cod Army will be heading over to the town of Obertraun, Austria, for their annual pre-season training camp.
This year the club are looking to put a travel package together for supporters wishing to enjoy the two pre - season friendly fixtures Town will play while out in the Alps.
We are initially looking at gauging interest for a four or five night trip which will take place the week commencing Monday 15 July.
We are hoping to bring the cost in at roughly £500/£550 per person, which is of course subject to sufficient demand.
The price, once established, will include flights, transfers at the resort and to fixtures, alongside bed and breakfast accommodation.
The plan is for supporters to be based in the historic city of Salzburg, with airport transfers provided from Munich Airport to Salzburg and further transport being laid on to both of Fleetwood’s fixtures.
The matches are likely to be played on the Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday evenings, at venues/opponents yet to be decided. The matches will take place within an hour or so of the city.
Salzburg is a fantastic city in itself with more than enough to pass a day or two and is also only a short train journey away from some of the most stunning scenery in Europe. If you’re already looking at getting away for some summer sunshine, and fancy a trip of a different kind why not come along and support the team while enjoying one of Europe’s most vibrant and historic cities alongside some of the most unbelievable views you will find anywhere.

Itinerary
Tuesday 15th July - Transport to Manchester Airport and fly to Munich. Transfer from Munich Airport to three star hotel in Salzburg which will be for four nights (breakfast included) Transport will also be provided to and from the hotel for friendly fixture, with opponent yet to be confirmed.
Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th July - Two days at leisure in the beautiful city of Salzburg (optional excursions)
