Fleetwood Town Football Club are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role will require you to effectively market and sell the excellent hospitality and banqueting facilities, and maximise all commercial opportunities connected with a successful and progressive League 2 Football Club.
You will be expected to develop and action a future sales and marketing strategy in order to grow revenue in the above areas. You will be responsible for key relationships with our suppliers and will work closely with the hospitality team to ensure that all functions and events are run smoothly and are successful.
You will be self-driven; results oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality, customer service, and commercial profitability. You will also be a forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Excellent communication skills are necessary, so that you can build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Reliability, tolerance, and a well presented and a business-like manner is essential.

While experience in the sports industry or banqueting and hospitality marketing is desirable we welcome applicants from other sectors.
